Resume
Most proud of my time curating at Foto Femme United where I championed photographers, created engaging content, and spotlit talent worldwide.
As Mexican artist and designer, I've navigated entrepreneurship, graphic design at Santander Consumer USA, and supported law firms across Texas, mastering management, communication, research, and customer service. I blend design, social media marketing, history and user experience.
Outside work, I'm a creative soul who loves writing, creating, and sharing moments with my dogs. Completing my Interdisciplinary Art and Design Studies degree with minors in Social Studies and Art History at the University of North Texas fuels my passion for lifelong learning.

Curation
A breakdown of my experience as a curator, interviewer, and content creator for the startup, Foto Femme United
Curation
My task involved sourcing photographers by actively engaging with diverse artistic communities and exploring various online platforms to curate content that celebrated global photographic talent for the startup.
Interviewing
I regularly interviewed photographers, aiming to spotlight their unique perspectives. By focusing on detailed documentation and emphasizing their artistic contributions, these interviews shaped our platform's content.
Content Creation
I leveraged a range of social media tools, including Buffer, Monday, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to curate and create engaging content to tell the captivating stories of talented photographers. Their instagram can be found here.
Fine Art
Three Fine Art pieces I created paired with handwritten descriptions showing my experience “labeling” artwork.
Collage
This collage was born out of a yearly collaboration between University of North Texas’ Department of Studio Art and their Department of Entomology. The challenge was to create a piece of art to be displayed in their gallery as a way to inspire other students and faculty to see the similarities between both subjects. There were no restrictions but only a number of select pieces could be displayed. At the end, this piece was selected for the gallery. It was through experimentation and a focus on texture that allowed the piece to be successful and allowed for these smalls specimens to be magnified.
Printmaking
The focus for this black and white study was to combine a few elements of nature that included flowers, insects and human features. Using a linocut technique I was able to create implied texture, a grainy feel and cohesively add on to the focus of my theme for the semester; entomology. It was through focusing on this specific theme that allowed me to grow and explore various ways to make each piece unique.
Conte Still Life
The challenge for this conte still life was to be able to successfully use shadows, gradients and composition to convey the understanding of this medium and technique. It was through analyzing the still life and finding the right angle that the result for this composition was achieved. It was a trial and error process that allowed room for growth. As a first timer with this medium the process was challenging but rewarding.
Design
Process breakdown demonstrating my experience collaborating within a large enterprise design team at Santander.
Theme
While interning as a designer at Santander Consumer USA, Inc., I contributed to the design of a yearly company wide event that recognized their top employees. The theme changes yearly and for 2019 the focus was Legoland . It was through brainstorming that the team was able to come up with this concept and create an experience that was both rewarding and enjoyable for the employees.
Process
As an intern I was able to take charge of putting most of the files together for the yearly awards. My responsibilities included creating unique lego characters that represented each recognized employee. It was through research, collaboration and minimal guidance that this project was successful and allowed the rest of the design team focus on other deliverables. Above is an example of one of the characters along with a sheet that I created as documentation and reference for the color palette used.
Final Product
In order to achieve the final product I conducted research through the whole Dallas office. By tracking each individual and using the excuse of being and intern, I was able to get away with taking their picture. The point of this was the above. To customize each badge to resemble the employees and at the end create a real lego replica of them . At the end the project was a success. Out of all past awards this was by far one of the employees’ favorite. Not only were they recognized but they were able to take home their personalized lego figurine.
Sample Writing
